ABT-Plus is committed to producing high quality training for owners for their dogs produced by highly skilled professional dog behavioural trainer, helping you have a dog you can be proud of!

We are dedicated to providing the most supportive help we can to guide you in your training journey with your dog or help you through behavioural challenges you are facing, therefore we highly value feedback on any training subjects you would like to see added or areas you feel we could support you better.

As a subsidiary to our in-person services we want the online journey to be convenient, valuable and seamless and we hope you are experiencing this so far.

We would love to build a bigger community to ensure we support everyone’s needs and provide ongoing support during your dog owning journey. We are currently taking interest in those who would love to join a Facebook community page to regularly check in and ask questions or if we provide a monthly zoom Q & A session. You can express your interest if you join our mailing list or send us an email) If you prefer a more observant approach to receiving updates and information please subscribe to our YouTube channel for ongoing updates and informative training tips or join our online tips and tricks email list to receive regular helpful hints and to go in the draw for a discount on a future training video.

  • With your purchase, you’ll receive instant access to a video that guides you through specific dog training techniques from the course you have chosen. The video can be used at home on your personal computer or laptop or on your personal mobile device. 

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access the video. You can also log into your account on our website to view the video under your “Account” section.

  • You typically have lifetime access to the video, so you can watch it as many times as you need.

  • The video focuses on specific training techniques, such as basic obedience commands, puppy training, behaviour modification, leash training, or advanced skills. Refer to the video description for detailed content information.

  • While the training techniques covered are generally applicable to most dogs, the suitability may vary depending on your dog’s breed, age, and temperament. The video description should provide guidance on its intended audience.

  • While the video is self-paced, you will be able to access additional resources and support from us,. We also offer an option to schedule an online or if you live close to our sister company in person consultation with one of our highly skilled trainers.

  • If your dog isn’t responding to the techniques, try revisiting the video and adjusting your approach. Patience and consistency are key. If you continue to have trouble, consider reaching out to us for some additional and personalised support.

  • The video may suggest using certain training tools like a leash, collar, or treats. Any required or recommended equipment will be mentioned in the video or the product description. All equipment we recommend is available through our online shop for delivery also.

  • We encourage you to join our online mailing list to keep up to date with regular tips and tricks or subscribe to our YouTube channel to keep up to date with regular updates and training tips. We are currently taking expressions of interest for a fb community group where you can ask regular questions and check ins along with setting up some regular Zoom group Q & A sessions. 

  • We occasionally release updates or new content. If you’re subscribed to our newsletter or opted in for updates, you’ll receive notifications about any new materials or related videos. If you join as a YouTube subscriber you will also receive updates here and regular smaller content to view and learn from.
